A charming self-catering character cottage, redecorated to a very high standard and complete with private spa pool, period style fittings, modern plumbing and contemporary kitchen. Fine linen is supplied with patchwork quilts in summer, and feather duvets in winter. Its proximity to beaches and its lovely view of the Bay make Seaview Cottage a place not to be missed at any time of the year. Suitable for all ages and a delight for honeymooners.

Seaview Cottage has two bedrooms, one queen room with french doors to deck and spa, and one twin cabin room, each with ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin, and the other a shower, basin and separate toilet.The kitchen has modern facilities and is very well equipped with an AEG cooktop, Bosch dishwasher, up-to-date fridge-freezer, microwave and high-lidded frypan for those Christmas roasts.
The sitting room windows fold out to the walls to make the most of the inner bay view, which can also be appreciated from the queen bedroom, and garden decks.
The KeepThis garden apartment, also with private spa pool, and set amidst majestic native trees, is up to the minute in design, and includes everything you could need for a great holiday for two, located just 500 metres from Paihia wharf, bus depot and shopping. Level entry leads through to the spacious bedroom/living area, where screens give privacy, if needed, to the queen bed. The stylish living area, with quality modern kitchen and wall-mounted LCD TV, opens through doors to the deck, where the custom built spa pool, outdoor seating and BBQ can be found. Spa features include a reclining seat with 9 massage jets, 1 hot seat with 11 massage jets, two other seats with micro spinning jets, padded head rests, touchtronic controller, diverter valve and 3 air controls, as well as a built in light for those romantic evenings, under the stars. Elegant pure cotton linen will dress the bed and bathroom; and bathroom features include a platinum series shower, concealed cistern Traccia toilet and crucible basin.
