Aimeo Cottage is on a quiet peninsula looking over the Bay of Islands. Located at Okiato Point in Russell, Aimeo Cottage is a beautiful and calm place nestled in the centre of the Bay of Islands.
Your host, Annie Hörmann, loves sharing this place with visitors, after sailing around the world to find it.
10 minutes drive away is Russell town, home to some of NZs historic buildings, a museum and a handful of art galleries. Just over the bay is Waitangi, where the historic Treaty was signed by British and Maori leaders in 1840.
We offer you a comfortable, private, self-contained studio, and also a separately accessed double bedroom with ensuite, both with wifi available.
Continental or cooked breakfast is served outside your room or in our large living-room.
Leave on a walk through the bush, starting right outside.
We'll be happy to share local advice with you about the large range of nearby activities, including golf, tennnis, bowling-greens and beaches.
If you're golfing we have a complete set of clubs for men & women that you can use.
