Palm View Bed and Breakfast will open in December 2007. We overlook the peaceful Kerikeri estuary, yet only minutes from the town centre.

The many native shrubs and English trees are tended by hosts Judy and Tony, who previously operated a lodge in Taupo, and have now moved to the Bay of Islands.

The three luxury guest suites consist of two kings, and one superking twin, and all come with cotton linen, wool blankets, a fridge, iron, hot towel rail, air conditioning, bathroom underfloor heating, and even luxury bathrobes and fluffy towels. There's a TV, DVD/CD player, alarm clock, tea and coffee facilities, and toiletries in the bathrooms. Amazing views of the Kerikeri Inlet await you, relax on th deck that's outside each room after a day of sightseeing around the Bay.

You can choose one of our special continental or fully cooked breakfasts, with a choice of cereals, fresh fruit, toast and home-made jams. Or go for one of Judy's famous English/New Zealand breakfasts that will set you up for the day.

Prices (please check prices are current using the contact form below)

Our rates are NZ$ 185 - 300 per night per double, depending on season.

Our 'washed and folded' laundry service is $10 per load.
