The Commodore's Lodge is a luxury accommodation in Romantic Russell's picturesque waterfront, within walking distance of restaurants and many popular tourist attractions.

The lodge features a central solar-heated swimming pool, children's pool and spa, surrounded by 1- and 2-bedroom family units. Fully self-contained luxury studios on the waterfront open on to a sub-tropical garden and a large, luxury upstairs house, overlooks the waterfront.

The wharf is only 50 metres away from where you can take any of the big game fishing and sailing charters, dive and fishing trips and daily cruises around the Bay of Islands. Arrangements and reservations for all your scenic excursions and charters can be made by the hosts Russ and Gill Carryer.

Facilities at the lodge include:

* heating, electric blankets
* cot and highchair
* guest laundry
* off-street parking
* kayaks, bikes, dinghy and tennis are available complimentary to our guests

Conference accommodation and conference venue can be arranged at the lodge.

Tariff ranges from NZ $120 to $180 for the Standard units to $285 for the 2-bedroom units. The price for the upstairs luxury waterfront house can be had on request. Seasonal rates apply.
