The motel has five studio and two one-bedroom apartments set amongst lush gardens. All the apartments are modern,spacious and self-contained with bathroom,kitchen and balcony. The rooms have a queen size bed each and extra single beds making them well suited for families and groups as well. Smoking is not allowed in any room. The facilities include covered parking,in-house video,TV,wireless internet,direct dial phone,laundry,hot spa,barbeque and continental/cooked breakfast.
The tariff is very affordable with the studio apartments at NZ$85.00 to NZ$150.00 per double per night and one-bedroom apartments at NZ$100.00 to $160.00 per double per night depending on season. Alfa Boutique Motel has special family rate for 2 adults and 2 children at $130.00 - $170.00 per night depending on season. For groups,extra occupancy per night is $20.00 per adult and $15.00 per child. Cancellation is rare but available without penalty up to 24 hours notice in advance.
