Paradise on the Strand can be yours, an elegantly appointed holiday home for your vacation in the Northland's Bay of Islands stunning waterfront in Russell. Or stay for bed & breakfast to suit several budgets ranging from $175 to $600. Groups, family, couples or honeymooners can equally enjoy the private facilities of the suite apartment.
Shops, cafes, restaurants, tours and cruises are all just a short stroll along the Russell waterfront. The Duke of Marlborough Hotel is just 2 doors away and the charming, historical Russell Police Station is a neighbor. All rooms have spectacular views overlooking Russell wharf, Waitangi Treaty Grounds, Paihia, the Golf Course and the passing parade of motor launches, sailing boats and kayaks. This contemporary Paradise on the Strand offers two options for holiday accommodation.
Option One: Bed & Breakfast Suite
Watch the ferries or relax and watch the sun set over Russell from the private balcony in all weather comfort. The facilities include: Private lounge & dining suite, TV, DVD, stereo, tea and coffee making, microwave, refrigerator, queen bedroom, single bedroom, ensuite bathroom, personal safe, hairdryer. A sumptuous breakfast is provisioned in the kitchenette to enjoy at leisure. Additional bedroom and breakfast options are available on request. Booking is required and priced at double occupancy per night. The 1st night attracts higher charges and longer minimum stays may apply for weekends & public holidays.
Option Two: Exclusive House Rental
This exclusive option is available for a maximum of 6 guests. Rates during 1st Dec to 31st Mar are NZ$550 per night for minimum 14 nights or NZ$600 per night for minimum 7 nights. Rest of the year - NZ$400 per night for minimum 10 nights or NZ$500 per night for minimum 5 nights. 25% confirmation deposit is required and balance is payable one month prior to arrival.
Facilities include: Bedrooms with solid rimu suite and walk-in-wardrobe; Marble and rimu bathrooms and kitchen; Quality linen and towels; Seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden; Wide-screen LCD TV and DVD.
