Spread over 65 acres, the varied accommodation consists of a beautifully appointed beach-front cottage that is fully self-contained with a well equipped kitchen, laundry, study, living cum dining room with a fire place, a deck overlooking the bay and two spacious double bedrooms with en-suite. You also have a one bedroom luxury apartment on two floors that has a double bedroom with en-suite, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a sitting cum dining room and a separate outdoor sitting area with enchanting views of the sea. An adjoining bedroom with en-suite is available for additional guests. All the rooms are serviced daily. The rates for accommodation only range from NZ$ 300 to 500 per night.

Fernbrook facilities include a BBQ, petanque and croquet, a library, internet, TV and writing desk in bedrooms, heated towel rails, hair dryers and toiletries. Outdoor activity includes swimming at the secluded beach and bush walks at one hour proximity. Fishing, sailing charters, scuba diving and boat trips can be arranged by the hosts Margaret and Robert Cooper. Other local activities you can engage in are golf, horse riding, para-gliding, arts & crafts shopping, the stone store and restaurants at Kerikeri.
