Sunset Cottage unsurprisingly has amazing sunsets from its high viewpoint over Orongo Bay. With great views from its sunny location, you can see out across the Bay all the way to Waitangi and native bush areas. Long Beach has some great swimming & surf, only 6 minutes drive away.
Orongo Bay is 4km (4 minutes by car) to Russell village, and approx halfway between the Russell vehicle ferry landing (where you come from Opua) and Russell village.

Alex and Wendy are just great people and very helpful with all We loved our stay in the Sunset cottage which overlook the properties front paddocks filled with goats and a fantastic sunset.
