    Offshore blast on Mack Attack, a beast of a jet boat. We're doing approx 35 knots here and it was bloody uncomfortable. My back was killing me for 2 days afterwards. Twin 660horse turbo diesel V8's. Gotta love those V8's.

I loved riding along the waves − at times the Mack Attack, − what the speed boat was called took off and we were airbourne for a few seconds − it was great fun and an excellent way to explore more of the Bay of Islands....

Just me on a monday morning, we went on the Mack attack jetboat the fastest boat in the Bay of Islands We went out to the Hole in the rock, which is surrounded by heaps of islands.was quite magnificent.. All my love guys....

We also spent a weekend in a place 4 hours north of Auckland (the winterless North) called Paihia − a seaside town. Where the kids and both Ian's went on a really fast boat called Mack Attack and spent 1.5 hours out at sea....
