Get away from all the hustle bustle of life in the intimate, three suite Titore Lodge; or take advantage of the retreats & coaching sessions, custom designed by the host, Dr Carolyn Mills, to suit your individual or business needs. Perched on a hill, in the midst of reserve forest land, the lodge overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the picturesque Russell harbor. Just a few minutes walk along well maintained paths lead to a private sandy beach cove, or the romantic, historic village of Russell with its fine dining, cafes, museums, and shops offering exquisite choices.
The accommodation consists of 3 spacious, elegantly appointed suites – the Library, the Garden and the Kiwi with private entrances through tranquil, subtropical botanical gardens and the murmur of rare and protected species of bird life. The amenities include: Pick up at the wharf; Spa Services in the privacy of your room; Beach towels, fine linens, fresh flowers, fruit; Pre-dinner complimentary HORS D'OEUVRES; Full cash bar; Heated towel racks, bathrobes, hair dryer; In room tea, coffee, toaster oven and refrigerator; In room safes; TV/ DVD/ CD/ wireless internet; air conditioning & heating.
After a day full of activities in and around the bay, guests gather for complimentary pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres and a beverage of choice at the finely furnished common lounge, a cozy area with TV and CD player as well as an extensive library and art works, looking out over the harbor and the rain forest.
The lodge also has facility for planned small and medium weddings, with lodging for the celebrant and the guests. Routine services include - Location of wedding at the beach, church, or at the lodge; Pressing service for clothing; Make-up & Hairdresser; Marriage license; Reception after; Flowers; Photographer; Restaurant reservations, or, a catered meal at the lodge (a maximum of 10 guests); and Special trips for you and your guests at the Bay of Islands.
The lodge offers a smoke and chemical free environment towards a goal of sustainability, with environmental policies.
