Finally, we went to Bay of Islands more rocks. There are only so many rocks you can see in a day and time was getting onso we headed back to Melbourne. The drive was about three hours and due to not getting much sleep the previous few.. We woke on Monday morning and our trip to the Bay of Islands to less than great weather. After missing our bus (we are adamant it wasnt our fault), our driver Spike was kind enough to turn back and come to get us We then headed to Cape Reinga, where you can see the most northerly point of New Zealand and there stands a lighthouse with a sign next to it.
